Terms of service

RigRez is the reservation and park-management system used by Hagerman RV Village and Sienna Ridge RV Park, and is operated by the owner of both parks. By booking a stay, using the resident portal, or signing in as park staff, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and stays

Your booking is with the park, not with RigRez. Each park sets its own rates, deposits, cancellation and refund rules, and park rules; they are shown when you book and in your confirmation. Questions about a stay, a charge or a refund go to the park.

Payments

Payments are taken by the park through Stripe. A card fee may apply to credit card payments where the park charges one; it is shown before you pay. Refunds follow the park's policy. Card and bank payments are normally refunded to the original card or account; the park may instead refund in cash.

Residents

The resident portal shows your account with the park, lets you pay, set up automatic payments if you choose, and message the park. Your tenancy itself is governed by your agreement with the park.

Park staff

Staff accounts are given by the park owner, or by a manager the owner allows to add staff, are for that person only, and must be used only for the park's business. Keep your sign-in private. The owner can change or remove access at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse RigRez: no attempts to reach information that is not yours, to disrupt the service, or to make bookings or payments you are not entitled to make.

Availability and liability

We work to keep RigRez available and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, RigRez is not liable for indirect losses, and its liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through RigRez for the booking concerned.
